The Challenge

In June 2024, Zoko's founder Arjun Paul approached Aashish, the Founder of Gotomarketers with a specific challenge: customer retention. Through initial discussions, it became clear that Zoko's team lacked a streamlined process for documenting and publishing case studies that demonstrated their impact on existing customers. How did we jump in to solve the problem of generating case studies?

GoToMarketers proposed a comprehensive two-month project to create and publish 20 case studies across different formats (text, PDF).
